Here are two pics of Calypso Windsor Joslin (such a name!) who is known as Cody. He is the family Agility star, and he will be one! He takes the course full tilt, running at the same breakneck pace as the Border Collies.. only he doesn't touch the A-frame as he goes over except for the contact points at either bottom side! and he flies across the dogwalk, barely touching it. He starts competition in July at trials in West Palm Beach, FL.

Cody's partner and running devil is Debbie Joslin. They live in Parkland, Florida, along with Karly (Calypso Absolut Angel), who is in obedience training.

Of note is that Cody is 1/4 African. He is out of Trapper x Lady, and Trapper's mom is the inimitable Avongara M'Bliki, the beautiful brindle gal brought from the jungles of then-Zaire by Damara Bolte.

Here pics of Cody and Jaco the African Grey parrot and Karly (from the Calypso "AA" litter) and Jaco. African Greys are indigenous to the same area as are basenjis in the Congo basin. Jaco is quite talented with a huge vocabulary, and the ability to initiate conversation in full sentences! (she speaks better than some people I have met!) Also in the household are a cockatiel and the incomparable "Niko" = a Queen Anne's Barvarian conure, completely covered in brilliant yellow feathers.
